Does ServiceNow able to provide the information of SW and HW End-of-life (EOL)/ End-of-Support (EOS)

Can ServiceNow able to provide the Software and Hardware End-of-life (EOL)/ End-of-Support (EOS) information which no need to manual input by administrator? 

 

For Software EOL, it can be provided by SAM Professional suite, is it true? 

 

How about the Hardware EOL inofrmation? Can it be done by Discovery or other methods to provide the EOL information?

The SAM Application will add Lifecycle data to normalized Software Models.

The HAM Application will add Lifecycle data to normalized Hardware Models.

The EAM Application, on initial release, had the capability for Lifecycle data to be added to normalized Enterprise Asset models but the content had not been curated yet.  I am unsure of the timeline for EAM lifecycle content curation.

I have a question about EOS/EOL with software.

From below document, i understand that EOS/EOL information is provided by  content service or can be created manually。

My question is  :  Atfer the eos/eol information is generated, what should we do next.

Are there any oob function to use (such as generate a alert?incident?task to deal with it  when reach 30 days befor eos/eol date? ) 

Or we can only view these ELS/EOL information ,and we should create some flows or scheduled jobs to remind our users to take action ?
