How can i hide or make read only the new button in EAM workplace?

Hi all!!

I need to hide or make read only the new button in All enterprise tab EAM workplace for a specific group or role. I aldredy try with creation ACL in the table and it worked but it didn't maintain the same behavior for the workplace side. Any ideas?
