which workspace is this?
add "canvas_user" role to that user and then logout and login again with that user
Unable to Access/See Lists on Workspace

The issue isn’t related to the user roles. The user already has the correct sn_eam roles assigned.
The real problem is with the Audience (Applicability) configuration of the Workspace lists. In the newer Configurable Workspaces (such as Asset Operations), roles alone are not enough.
Step 1: Find the missing list category
-
Log in as an admin.
-
In the filter navigator, search for:
sys_ux_list_category.list -
This table controls the folders shown in the Workspace sidebar.
-
Look for the categories that are missing for the user (for example: Hardware or Assets).
-
Make sure the Configuration matches the relevant workspace (for example, Asset Operations or Enterprise Asset Workspace).
Step 2: Check the Applicability (Audience)
-
Open the relevant list category record.
-
Find the Applicability field.
-
Click the info icon and open the Applicability record.
-
Review how the Audience is defined — by roles or by groups.
Step 3: Update the Audience
-
If the Audience is based on roles, make sure it includes
sn_eam.enterprise_asset_technician (and any other required sn_eam roles). -
If the Audience is based on groups, make sure the user’s group (for example, צוות תחבורה) is included.
Once this is updated, the missing lists should appear in the workspace immediately.

could you please share screenshot for "sys_ux_list_category" list or form which shows the Applicability field?
I couldn't find the field
Also what kind of group name is this which you shared in example?
Sharing screenshots with your posts would be helpful and make them more credible—otherwise, they may seem AI-generated.
