🗳️ Idea Submitted: Help Improve UXA for Employee Center Portal Navigation

Hi everyone,

I’ve just submitted an idea to improve how User Experience Analytics (UXA) works with the Employee Center (EC) portal—and I’d love your support!

🔍The Problem

UXA currently shows generic page names like “Service Catalog Item” or “Employee Topic,” even when dynamic titles are configured and visible to users. This makes it impossible to understand what users are actually clicking on or how they’re navigating the portal.

What We’re Asking For

Let UXA show the actual item, article, or topic names users interact with—just like they appear in the browser and breadcrumbs. This would help us:

  • Understand real user behavior
  • Optimize quick links and homepage layouts
  • Improve topic-based navigation
  • Identify friction points and improve the user experience

📊Why It Matters

Without this, we’re left with abstract data that doesn’t help us improve the portal. We can’t tell which content is working, where users are getting stuck, or how to make their journey smoother.

💡Use Cases

  • Quick Links: Know which links are used and which aren’t.
  • Topic Navigation: See which topics lead to successful form submissions and which ones cause confusion.
