Hi Guys,

I have user named Travis who is not able to see the Sc_task's shall I provide only him the role catalog admin so he will be able to see the Sc_task's

Hi @tGhadage  ,

You have to give Itil in order to give user access to catalog task but it will give users access to other modules in the system as well so if you want user to have only access to Catalog  task then you can create a custom acl and give the role which user has or create custom role and assign it to user,

Catalog Admin is to manage and maintain catalog and its related properties. 

You need a fulfiller who works on sc_task, that is ITIL Role. 

Here is the oob ACL for the same
