Add a header menu item

Is there a way to add a language change option to the header menu in the service portal?

Please follow below steps - 

  1. Navigate to Service Portal > Menus on the Application Navigator.
  2. Open the header menu record that you would like to work with.
  3. Scroll down to the Menu Items Related List.
  4. Select New.

Thank you for reply. These are steps i tried, what's the step after New, i mentioned in the screenshot, what type i need to select. Please let me know.

Select a non-script way to show data, whereas in a scripted one, you have to write code to display data.
