Additional Record details on Approval Request in Employee Center

Hello together,
I am currently having some issues with setting up an approval request on the employee center.
If I call the "Ask for Approval" Action out of an Workflow, everything is working fine so far. The requested person(s) receive the task in employee center (See Screenshot).
But here my problem begins. I want to show some details of the original Record to the user who needs to approve or decline. Because now he just sees there is a approval request, but not what the content of the item he is approving is.
Is it somehow possbile to show that. I already tried it with To-Dos Configuration -> Task Configuration and displayed a custom Widget "Form" which shows me the original form. But not the approve and decline button is not shown anymore. Only a Save button.
