Adjust search results in Employee Center search

Hi,

does anybody know how to show a default catalog item, for e.g. "create incident" in the global search, if there are no requests/catalog items results for a keyword?

For e.g., user types anything. If AI Search shows some results, is ok, but if there are no results - requests (0)  - then to show at least "create incident" catalog item.

Hi @Community Alums,

the very easiest way would be to give some meta keywords to the "Create incident".

But it might end up searching it when there are other items found as well.

Hi @Community Alums 

To achieve this you need to customize the search widgets. I am not sure which search widget you are using. I think below is a better idea, go to the widget clone it and modifying the Server side script.

Give the link of Create incident catalog item link here, probably better way, so if no results, always it shows a link to the record producer
