Hi Everyone,
We have enabled AI search and did the configuration related to it,
Created sources and added to the source profile
But when a user searches with a string,
When user click on catalog item tab, the number changes to very different numbers
Please advise on this

I created a case with service now and their response is this
1. Disable the Results Count feature in the AI Search Application (this is the preferred option).
2. Adjust the system property 'glide.ais.query.resubmit.minimum_terms' to a number of words that would make the query too specific for an AND search (the default is set to 2).
3. Change the system property 'glide.ais.query.search_operator' to your preferred operator, but be aware that this may reduce the quality and specificity of the search results or narrow them more than you want.
