Hello everyone! First of all thanks for all the support.
Our customer needs to sort the topics shown on their ESC portal alphabetically.
We know there is the order field on the topic record, but the client don´t want to use it.
This is because is difficult for them to put an order because we have 3 different languages active.
Does anybody knows if there is a parameter or something to add to order them alphabetically?
I was thinking to add a business rule on query to sort them, but is going to impact all the platform.
Thanks in advance,
Felipe

I am not aware of any functionality that permits A-Z sorting, and would advice against customisation especially on the Mega Menu. This is what I would consider a 'core' asset for Employee Center and customising will mean it will need to be managed through upgrades manually.
In terms of design philosophy, it should be a decision point for what topics are displayed where and in what order in the Mega Menu. Putting in any sorting means there is the scenario where the Mega Menu will change or re-order itself without any design input. This is not a good idea, you don't want users having to adapt to changing Mega Menus frequently.
Advise your customer the recommended practice is they define the structure and order of their Mega Menu, so that Topics are present in a position regardless of language.
