Hi!
I hope someone can help me. 🙏
I've been working on a widget for the Employee Center and Walkup Experience called 'Custom Online Check-in Experience', where I added a field to categorize reasons. Everything else seemed to be fine until this point.
Now, when trying to generate a Walkup Appointment or Schedule Appointment in the Employee Center, errors like those shown in the image appear when selecting the date or clicking the button to generate the Walkup Appointment.
What could be happening and how can I fix it?
Thank you!!!

Hey @Daniel142,
Not a big issue, you simply have to define/allow Cross scope privileges.
- Navigate to System Applications > Application Cross-Scope Access
- In the list, search the 'Source Scope' with Appointment Booking (sn_apptmnt_booking)
- There should be records where 'Status' is requested or invalidated which corresponds to the error message
- Open these records and change their status to Allowed
Hope it helps, and FYI, it's likely that you will run into the same issue when you deploy into another instance. If so, just repeat the process above.
Thanks
