approval get approved but the flow is waiting the approval action !

I've a simple flow that trigger when a specific catalog item requested 
the flow ask for approval and I approve it but it stuck in this stage 
when i go to the execution i found it's waiting for this action to be done 

it was working fine and i didn't think I've changed something

Can verify below sys_id is Bandar's sys_id (Approver) and also can you remove and readd the approval step in the flow, save, Publish and test again.

yes this sys_id is to Bandar(approver)
