Approvals doesn't show up on "My Tasks" in Employee Center

Hi everyone!

 

We have an issue where all of our users with ITIL roles does not see the approvals under "My Tasks" in Employee Center.

 

Can someone help me how to fix this?

Exactly. I'm wondering why the ITIL role is referred here. Is the script oob? Maybe you can remove the ITIL role?

@Fabian_F  but we need the itil users to have visibility on the approvals.

@Irene M  The If Condition starts with not Operator ("!") . So it means if the user has not the itil role, the approval at My Task is visible.

What did you do to fix it?  we have a similar issue with ITIL users not being able to see request approvals.
