Approve and Reject buttons are not appearing on the My Tasks in the ESC

My Tasks is displaying approvals for Knowledge articles, but the Approve and Reject buttons are not visible. However, users with the admin role can see the buttons. I tried assigning the Approver_user role, but it didn't resolve the issue. In the native UI under 'My Approvals,' users are able to see and approve the articles without any problems.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Your understanding is correct but also Admin can do alot which other user cant do. So might be repair plugin can fix it.

Were users able to see the buttons in the platform, before you added the approver_user role?  Since the role change, have you tried to clear cache (cache.do in URL) then re-login as a user experiencing the issue?

Yes, they were able to see the buttons without the approver_user role. I’ve also tried clearing the cache with cache.do and re-logged in, but the issue still persists
