Approvers not able to see Request Approval under My Tasks ESC.

Hello,
When Approver navigates to ESC> My tasks > under completed/open. they can't see anything not even Request number please check (Image1) but they are able to see approvals for changes request. But in my PDI when i check the same Approver able to see atleast some basic info about the request check (image1). could anyone help me to debug why?

Hi @SM123,
Does this apply to the completed tasks only?
This could be due to some ACL, do you see the same issue with an admin account?
