Assigned Topics related list missing

The Assigned Topics related listed is missing form Maintain Items > catalog item

Extracted Procedure from document

  1. Navigate to All > Service Catalog > Catalog Definition > Maintain Items.
  2. Select the item that you want to associate with a taxonomy topic.
  3. In the Assigned Topics related list, click Add.
  4. Select the base taxonomy from the Taxonomy list.
  5. Select the appropriate topic, for example IT.

The actual table is "m2m_connected_content".  The related list tab ID is "Assigned Topics" for this table is.

Hi Jim,

It could be because of the app version you might be using.  There are a lot of improvements happened in the latest EC app versions. 

Assuming you are using an old version, you can use an alternative way to link catalogue items to taxonomy topics. Plus would suggest upgrading to the latest version.

Thanks Sharad, I actually found it, the table is "m2m_connected_content".  The related list tab ID is "Assigned Topics"

Utah Patch 10 (starting upgrade to WaDC in a couple of weeks). 

 

Catalog Item form - Related lists:

'Assigned Topics' is not available

I added it to the 'Record Producer' form with no issues
