When I am trying to submit a request/form via ATF test steps by providing submit a form SP /Submit a record procedure, it is not submitting the form request, It is actually only loading at submitting sometimes and sometimes it did not even click, how to submit a form/request.

To submit, you'll want to be sure your Test includes Test Steps to do the following, before you can successfully submit:

  • Impersonate a user, if needed
  • Open a Record Producer (SP) --> this is where you'll designate the portal to be used (e.g., Employee Center), portal page (e.g., sc_cat_item) and which catalog item/record producer
  • Set Variable Values (SP)

On the Add Test Step, Service Catalog in Service Portal > Submit Record Producer (SP)

It actually happens to me also.

Sometime it is resolved by itself if not it is already submitted.

You can carry out the workflow after submitting the form.

You can verify that form is submitted by opening existing record in ITIL view.
