Hey all,
I have built the "HR" navigation topic using a menu item and Advanced Portal Navigation. The issue I'm encountering is that topics #1 and #2 are set as URL types because I don’t want them to lead anywhere. However, when I click on these items, I get an error message: "There is no destination set for this menu item." This happens because I left the "HREF/URL" field empty, as shown in the screenshot below.
Is there a way to make #1 and #2 in the HR topic non-clickable, while keeping #3 and #4 clickable? I’m looking for a solution or suggestions on how to best resolve this without customizing anything.
Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas!

Hi @DritonC ,
Instance is performing the expected behavior.
If you don't want the topic to go anywhere, then why are you using URL type? Are you creating a placeholder? if so better not to use this type.

@DritonC could you show how you have configured them on Advanced Portal Navigation? If you would see OOB, we have Technology services/Human resources, etc under the help center. When clicked, they show the underlying topics and don't take you to any page unless you click the associated browse button. You should be able to achieve this without any customization. If not, please raise a case to get support help:

Hi @Pooja Gupta1 basically the 2nd screenshot where i have the URL pointed out is how i have configured it in APN, but i do not have any link connected to it and therefore wen i click on the "Employee" topic i get an error that it does not have any destination.. But what i need is that "Employee" is not clickable...
Best regards,
Driton
