CAB Approval roles required to approve

Hello guys I have a question about approvals for change request.

I modified the approval policy to wait for all member of the CAB approbal group when the request approval button is press.

 

But only member of this group with the admin role have their approval requested.

I would like to know if there is a role required exept admin to ask approval to all member of the group.

I have tested with change_manager and approver_user even approver admin but it doesnt work.

@SnowSnew If you check the roles for the users in question they will need to have one of the below roles in order to approve a change requested

• approver_user
• itil

Typically in a Change Process, where the approvers are part of the IT Department, they will have (or should have) the itil role which will allow approvals. 

This is assuming you are not using the more granular breakdown of the ITIL role.
