@pragadeesh254 I recommend you to check any existing workflow currently being used on any other RITM. Make a copy of it and start creating your own for laptop catalog item.

Hello @pragadeesh254 ,
Creating a Flow Designer in ServiceNow is a straightforward process. You can customize it by adding activities based on your specific requirements, be it approvals or tasks.
Regarding your question about triggering approvals to the requester's manager, I've attached an image below that illustrates the process. Pay attention to the "dot walk" technique I've applied in the image. You'll need to implement a similar approach in your configuration.
Additionally, I'm sharing some helpful links that provide further insights into mastering the concepts of the Flow Designer:
- What is flow Designer | Overview of Flow Designer | ServiceNow Flow Designer Training
- ServiceNow Flow Designer | Creating a Catalog Item Flow
Feel free to refer to these resources to enhance your understanding of the Flow Designer.
Let me know your views on this and Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks,
Aniket
