Change layout of My active items widget

Hi All,

Currently, My Active Items are displayed in simple list format on Employee Portal, which i want to update as below(box structure). Please help me in guiding how to achieve it.

Hi @sachingd122 - we were not able to figure this layout change, but it was on some older SN version. So, we discussed with the client and proceed with new layout.
