Change Requests in Employee Center

Can you create Change Requests in Employee Center?

 

From our Service Portal if someone clicks on Raise a Change Request it directs them to the wizard:

 

wizard_view.do?sysparm_wizardAction=sysverb_new&sysparm_stack=change_request_list.do&sysparm_parent=8db4a378c611227401b96457a060e0f4&sys_target=change_request

 

Is there a nicer way of doing this in Employee Center?

portal is for end users

why would end user raise change request?

Because users that raise change requests are also end users.   So this is meant to be a one stop shop....
