Child topics are not displayed in Employee Center Portal

I created 7 child topics for the parent topic. However, only one of them is getting displayed in the portal. Please see attached screenshot for reference. TIA

Hi Sarin,

Until you do not add "Connected Content" to that specific Topic, you will not be able to see that topic in Employee Center.

I do have the "Connected Content" added for the respective topics. 'Hardware' is getting displayed. 'User Accounts & Access' and 'IT Apps & Services' are not getting displayed. PFA
