Employee Center My Active Items widget Similar like Requests we want to have Incidents???

In the employee center we have the My Active Items widget. In this we have Requests which gives the list of both requests & incident together. We want it to be separated like request should give request & incident should give incident can we achieve this?

We want My Active Items widget -

Requests - Should give Requests only(It has Open Requests & Closed Requests Filter)

 Incidents-Should give Incident only(It should be Open Incidents & Closed Incidents)

 

How to customize??

What appears in My Active Items is configured in Employee Center > Activity Configurations.  You can edit the OOB Requests to limit to just service requests and add a new record for Incidents. 

 

I would advise against this though. As you continue to utilize ServiceNow with multiple task types (e.g., service request, incident, hr case, finance request, workplace/facilities request), this will become overwhelming for the users.  It also puts the burden on the user to have to know the difference in the types to quickly check the status on things they have requested/reported.  It's a better user experience to see all the requests (not ITSM specific, but things I have opened or been opened on my behalf) in one place and all my action items/tasks/to-dos in one place.
