Clicking on RITM record on EC pro portal not opening record

When I click on RITM number on ECpro portal

Hi @cshashidhar ,

It could be because of 2 reasons:

1. You can have a read ACL which is restricting access to view the record on poratl for the user.

2. You can check for any query business rule.
