I see we can add Heading text to the Content Experience Banner. Is it possible to add the logged in users name there. In this banner I want to say "Welcome back to the Office (user's first name)

Unfortunately no, as "user" is  a reference field and you cannot write a code on the same.

@Simran321 Yes, you can... you just place the variable there: ${first_name} or ${name}, the same field from the user record.

You can put it in the Headline and/or Header text fields on the Content Library item.
