Content Library

Hello,

I'm new to Employee Center. 

In reference to: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-center/c...

In my PDI, I've installed the Employee Center PRO. I typed Content in menu "All" but I cannot find the Content Library. What am I missing?

You will need to look for "Content Publishing > Content Library"

Hi Thanks a mil for helping!

In the tutorial I'm following, I'm supposed to see the Open Editor button (see below)

However, in my case, below is what I see: I cannot get to the Editor that allows me to add components

What else am I missing? I have cleaned the browser cache twice with no success.

Hi @RS7 ,

You don't see the Editor because the editor is already opened for for, no need to click on any buttons.

You are creating a Rich Text content. For rich content editor, you need to create either Rich Content or News Content.
