Conversation continuity options available in the Virtual Agent but not in enhanced chat of NAVA

Hi All,

 

How to enable Conversation continuity options which are available in the Virtual Agent into enhanced chat of Now Assist Virtual Agent. 

 

Eg: Whenever we search for anything standard chart - PFA snip where Virtual Agent has Conversation continuity options available.

Eg: Whenever we search for anything enhanced chart - PFA snip where Enhanced chart where Conversation continuity options not available.

How to bring the same features to enhanced feature.

 

Let me know if this can be configured.
