I want to customize the My Items widget of the Employee Center - and have looked at this community question https://www.servicenow.com/community/employee-center-forum/list-view-json-of-tasks-in-activity-confi... But I still dont get how to use the List View JSON in the activity configuration. It seems you have to cutomize the script include ActivityConfigurationUtil - but how do you then use that in the Activity Configuration? The requirement is that I instead of showing priority in the card wants to show a different field and other small cutomizations. The documentation for doing this seems a bit non-exsisting. Anyone with experience in this?
