Details and Activity tab on the Change and Knowledge Approvals in MY Todo's page

Hello Community,

We are implementing the EC Pro portal with customizations as per client needs.
As we have the Details and Activity tab like below on the RITM's and HR Approval per OOB in My Tasks.
Is there is a way we can get those for Change and Knowledge Approvals as well.(I've created custom widgets to get the fields of the change and Knowledge approval ticket)

Tried doing some code changes where the OOB defined, but not able to achieve it.

Hi @Vanderlei - 
For some reason I'm not touching the Task configuration(as client wants all the fields to be visible if it is with Task Configuration it is showing even field value is empty and also we want an comments box with this steps I cannot get the Comments box). So that is the reason I was going with the code through widget)

But not able to achieve the Details/Activity tab).
