Hi,
I'm going to preface this with an apologies if this is in the wrong section as this is my first post so still trying to navigate around!
Some pre-text: The organisation in which I work has brought in the Employee Centre on which knowledge is being surfaced for end-user consumption. We previously had the FTASK process running for a variety of different initiatives, one of which was knowledge, but now have enabled KFTASKS for knowledge feedback when we brought in the Employee Centre.
My question is does anyone have any experience or preferences around FTASK or KFTASK for knowledge feedback management, distribution and action? The main consideration is that as we scale up the knowledge feedback process it needs to be able to have some logic added in for feedback tasks to be automatically distributed out to the owner/managers of knowledge bases under which the article that has received feedback sits... whether this is via assignment groups etc or another method etc.
