Display RITM # on My Requests page

I have a request to display the RITM number instead of or in addition to the REQ #. I've found some similar questions on community but not an exact match. Has anyone done this or know how to do it?

Hi @Suzanne H ,

In native UI:

Go to Service catalog->Maintain cart layouts->Search for order status screen.

Now open the order status screen record and set "Request Item Number Column" to true.

In portal:
