I found this article from 10.22 that talks about a Nudge function designed to remind people of new events, articles, etc; and it's NOT tied to a workflow.

Was this ever developed and released in 2023 per the blog/article?
As an alternative, is anyone using Push notifications in this way? Maybe tying it to the publication of a knowledge article in the News Center, or Manager's hub? If so, are you able to get metrics for it?
