Draft , review and expired articles are showing in Employee center when searched with KB number

Hi All,

 

I have a issue where Draft , review and expired articles are showing in Employee center when searched with KB number but only published articles should be shown.
Anyone has idea or faced similar kind of issue what might be the reason.

This issue usually stems from the search source configuration or specific system properties that accidentally broaden the search visibility beyond published content.

If AI search is enabled in your instance, check "search sources" and update the filter conditions for Knowledge search source.
