dynamic filter options for my request filter for service portal

Hi All,

 

Is it possible to add/show certain requests in My Request menu in ESC for departments. So when users from department sales have a certain request open everybody in that department should see these type of requests. 

 

I understand I need a read ACL but not sure if this can be archived with Request filter and dynamic option or if the logic needs to be added to the My Requests widget

Hi Ankur, I created the My Request Filter, script include and dynamic filter and I don't see the new dynamic filter when I set it to is Dynamic. I don't understand why.

 

But in general is this the way to configure it to let department users see the requests for the department from other users in the Service portal?
