Email Notification

I have created a total of 3 notifications 2 OOB for some reason only one of my notifications is triggering from the record producer. When I submit the notifications from the workspace they are triggering without any issue which is the Opened by notification. Any insight on why this is happening?

Hi @DenishaLias - so you have 3 notifications in total and only one is triggering? Not sure what you meant in the first sentence.

Can you also share the configurations of the email notifications?

send to event creator might be unchecked in those notifications
