Employee Center default UI issue - white text on white background

Hi everyone, has anyone else encountered this issue on the ticket form in Employee Center? 

I thought that there was no information at first, but then realized there is white text:

Do you know which properties to change on the ticket page to change either the background color or the text color here? Thank you!

Hello Katherine,

this is coming from "Standard Ticket Header " WIDGET .

First thing : Is your widget customized ?Because in OOB widget i saw the code and there is no styling for white text

second thing: send me the screenshot of the screen just like below by doing ctrl+right click on the item name

EDIT: Thanks! Looks like routing from ticket -> standard ticket page worked.
