Employee Center - field Comments with added text is not dispalying in RITM

Hi guys,

While creating a Request and adding text to the field Comment is not showing anything in RITM.

REQ does not have any fields with Description, comments etc..

The comments field text should be visible in RITM.

Can you advice?
