Employee center more brandings

Hi All,

We are starting to implement Employee Center.

We have a requirement to implement more brandings (like colors / logos) for our operating companies.

Can anyone explain how to do this?

Thanks for your help.

You can update portal branding from Branding Editor

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-platform-user-interface/page/build/service-portal/concept/c_...

The color variables defined in the Branding Editor are used in the theme assigned to the portal and/or widget css also depends on these variables.

Logo can be changed on the portal form - Service Portal > Portals

Hi There,

I know this, but we need more branding for different companies.

Company a = blue

Company b= green

etc etc.

Is this possible?

Oh ok, branding will apply to the portal so this won't be achievable with single portal for multiple companies.

We highly encourage unified portal, but to achieve your use case multiple portals would be the only option currently.

Hi there,

There's no out-of-the-box option for this. A quick workaround could be creating multiple portal records, and adding the same Main menu / Index page / etc, though only a different theme.

Most likely though, that won't be enough. Should there also be something in place for who can / cannot see certain content? Like widgets? Catalog Items? Knowledge articles?

Kind regards,
Mark
