Employee Center portal header of Record Producers is always showing as Request. Can we changes this.

We have a requirement to change the header of the record producers which are suppose to create incidents. At the moment OOB we are able to see that these are mentioned as Request. Please find the screenshot below.

Please let us know if this is possible.

I am having the same issue please help if that is possible for a specific record producer example suppose they are incident related record producer then we want the header to be incident rather than/ Request

Hi, Changing the header of the request means you need to make changes in the dropdown of the choice list aswell. This will also change the whole analytics behind the functionality as well. This will bring the technical debt aswell. To change this functionality, you need to make changes in the widget

One alternate solution to this could be to utilize the icon links widget on the homepage to redirect to the incident form.

May I know in which widget OOB we need to change this. I am new to portal configurations.

Could you also please let me know if this change will be a global change or can we make this specific to a record producer.

The widget in use is Topic Content and it would be global change. Once you change widget it would be applicable to record producers only  but filter by need to be changed aswell.
