Hello.
We have just started using Employee Center and are looking to provide enhancements. One of those enhancements is a disclaimer message regarding electronic security and data privacy. It's a rather long message and we would like to put it in whenever a user logs onto Employee Center.
1) Where would I store this message in our settings for Employee Center?
2) Client is a multinational corporation and thus requires messages in English, Spanish, German, and Italian. Where can we store these versions of this disclaimer?
Thanks

Hello @tahnalos ,
did you try it -System Messages under System UI.
here you can store disclaimer messages.
For multi language support -try i18n or create copies of the orignal messahe and translate the content into Spanish, German, and Italian.
if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Regards,
CB

The System messages would not be applicable. I should mention that the message needs to be in HTML with an embedded image.
Thanks

Hey @tahnalos,
Why don't you create a Knowledge Article and add a link in the footer of the ESC?
If you have the internalization plugin (and the specific languages) activated, you can translate the article into various languages. Note that this will translate the entire platform.
Cheers

This isn't what the business wants. They want the entire article to pop up as part of an intro popup when the user logs in.
