Employee Center Quick Link Image Scaling

Hi All - 
We are in the midst of deploying ECP and setting up a few quick links as test cases however the images are not properly responsive and do not scale well / at all when the browser window size is changed (also when viewed on mobile). Any suggestions on how to ensure the images always scale and keep the proper viewing constraints vs cropping or altering the sizing until it snaps to the next grouping of 3 vs 4 images in a row again? Is there something in the CSS of the widget or a setting that can be adjusted that anyone is aware of, thanks in advance!

Use image of size 300 ( width) x 200 ( height) px.

Great and thanks! I'll give that sizing a shot today for testing; I received some conflicting answers from the team on the standard image dimensions for a couple areas on the portal.

Actually.... unfortunately I just checked one of the loaded images that's currently being used and that's exactly what it is.

Im having this same issue. Every image is getting cropped or resized and dont seem to fit correctly. @KMeisch @Community Alums any other suggestions?
