Hello,
I am committing an update set containing a new Employee Centre Standard setup.
I have already created the the Taxonomy, Catalogs, Topics and Child Topics.
When I view the Employee Centre after it is committed to our Test Instance there are no entries on the mega menu bar at the top of the screen.
Upon further investigation I found that the entries under the 'Catalog and Knowledge categories' tab are missing.
I can manually re-add it and the mega menu then starts to work ok.
I can not believe that this is correct but I cannot for the life of me imagine what else I need to do. I have a major change contained in an update set to apply and don't really want to have to manually add all the missing items after the update set is committed.
I am fairly new to employee centre so any help would be very appreciated and if possible the necessary steps to complete the required changes to achieve the desired result would be brilliant.
Thanks in advance.
Steve

Hi @stevemkuk ,
You can try moving XML of Connected Contents to upper instance.
Step1: Go to url : https://<yourinstance>.service-now.com/m2m_connected_content_list.do?sysparm_userpref_module=77a777d...
Step2: try to XML export the required records.
Step3: Import XML file to same table in another instance.
Caution : Make sure you test this before applying in Prod.
Hopefully this will resolve/helpful to your issue.
