Enable Analytics message being displayed for some associates when logging into the ESC in Tokyo

Hello all,

I've had a report this morning that some of our associates are seeing a popup window when the log into our employee service center.  The message states that analytics is going to be enabled and they can view a privacy statement.  This message is not an announcement, and I'm wondering where it's configured so that I can get it turned off.  Anyone have any idea where this message is configured?

This is due the affect you have activate User Experience analytics on your portal.. plus you are login via a EU server/ip address. You can switch this of on the user experience properties setting.
