Error in OOB "Todos Approval Actions" widget in the ESC portal

Hi All,

I'm getting the following error when an approver tries to approve the HR case record from the portal. The failing widget "Todos Approval Actions" is the OOB widget only. We are facing this issue after upgrading the instance to Sandiego Patch-5 version. Can anyone suggest what might be the issue?

Hi Pallavi,

  Can you check "Application Restricted Caller Access" in system applications and allow the widget to access.

Thank you for providing your response.

I have found one RCA related to this widget with the Target and Target scope as Empty(as per attached image).I have changed the status to "Allowed" but still the same errors are showing up in the portal.

Is there anything I need to check?

Could you check what is the value for commentTable in the widget instance for Todos Requested Item Approval?
