ESC header menu changes

I want to change the position of tours and profile. Profile should be visible on right most side and tour should come between my tasks and my requests.

  • Go to Service Portal > Menus
  • Open the ESC portal
  • You will see a list of Menu Items down and change the order

There is no option for tours and profile

Hello @Nisha Mishra23 

For Tours and profile you need to navigate to Widget ESC Header Menu, In the HTML code it is hardcoded tours and profile where you can modifiy it
