ESC Hompage similar/consistent UI as Topic pages

Hi All,

I'm playing around with the ESC layout, but I'm stuck trying to create a consistent experience with the Homepage Header. I generally really like the ESC layout, except the header. Makes no sense, why they would ad such a clumsy Carousel widget, and the other Instance Options are no better... 

What I'm trying to achieve is go from this: 

To something like this (disregard the AI Assist popup):

Hi @FREJOH 

It looks like they have just removed the content experience widget from the page and added a background image to the first container on the page.

Was this what you were after or was it something else on the page that you were trying to replicate?
