i want to start my learning on esc portal configuration, but didn't find any proper course. can some one please suggest a best course for esc portal configuration from scratch.

Hi @Raghavendra Rao If you're looking to learn about ESC portal configuration from scratch, we don't have any specific course for ESC Portal. You need to learn generic Service Portal and you have several options to learn Service Portal Configuration/Development.
