Tracking Employee Certifications

As a ServiceNow Partner, when does the list of our employee certifications update? I'm trying to track the number of certifications through the Partner Portal. However, the employees who have completed new certifications are not updated in the dashboard.

@melanie59710006 The employee certificate reflect after 24-48 hours post the certificate completion in the partner portal. If you are not able to see the updated certificate count then you need to check if your employees have associated their account correctly on the partner portal.  You can also raise a case with partner support if the count is not reflecting correctly despite following all the steps.
