ESC Portal Customization Query

Hi everyone,

I need help with some configurations in my ESC portal.

Could you please guide me on the following:

1. How can I change the title "How can we help?"

2. How can I add more items to "My Active Items"?

please refer the below thing to perform the required change 
when you click on How Can i help you ? with  Ctrl + Right 

You can see the Instance option below. The title is coming from there, and it is marked as High Risk, so please be very careful while making any changes.

Also in My Item List 

You can make your changes in the My Items widget. If you need to add more items, please copy the existing one and make the required changes accordingly.

These are OOTB widgets (Homepage Search and My Items) so it's advisable to clone them first and then update your cloned copy - that way, if you break anything, you can create another clone or revert back to the OOTB version.
